Cultivating Conection through Creative Expression

I'm a neurodivergent music artist and creator, life-long learner, and support provider to people with developmental disabilities. I have found creative expression through music, poetry, dance, and the arts to be a valuable tool in navigating life and gaining radical self-acceptance. I'm currently pursuing an education and career in music therapy with the mission to help others experience the healing work that music can provide.
